Q: Do you outsource any of your work?
100% of our work is carried out inhouse. We have three designers, one web developer and four account staff who will deliver results for you. We prefer to work with clients who like to talk directly to the people that are working on their job. The only work we outsource would be printing.
Q: I don’t understand SEO, SEM and SMM. Do I need to?
We always like to try and help our clients understand some of the more complicated aspects of marketing as we feel this allows you to make more informed decisions about your business going forward. But if you don't want to, you don't have to! SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation. SEM stands for Search Engine Marketing. SMM stands for Social Media Marketing. We don’t guarantee results. Whilst marketing can help drive new business, there are frequently far too many variables outside our support that can challenge the success of our strategy. For example, we could encourage new customers to call your business but if your team don’t answer the phone in time, all our work could be in vain. We will, however, suggest best practises in order to ensure that we get the best results possible out of any activity we suggest.
Q: How long does a website take to build?
Website build times vary according to the following factors: complexity of the site, how quickly the client can sign-off the stages of the build, existing workload, any deadlines you might have as a client and volume of content to be loaded in. Once we have our initial meeting to discuss your project, we’ll be able to give a much more accurate timescale and price for you.
